General Business Meeting of the WVPA
The General Business Meeting (AGM) of the WVPA is held every two years at the WVPA Congress.
Presided over by both President and Secretary/Treasurer of the WVPA, members are invited to hear reports and discuss topics including (but not limited to):
- Secretary/Treasurer's report
- Report on the WVPA website
- Congress reports
- Rules change proposals
- Award nominations and selections
- Election for new officers/branches
- Appointment of Honorary Life members
